Most of the questions you asked will be addressed in our annual report. If
you paid attention we just finished our fiscal year and audit has been
completed and currently under review by our attorneys and accountants. To
become a reporting company requires 2 years audited financials, which we
accomplished by changing our fiscal year to March 31, from June 30, that was
missing element. Now does it make sence? As far as what the boards are
saying judge for yourselfes I think facts speak for themselves, there is
nothing we do that you could not check, we are an open book and filing form
10 should answer any questions that you may still have. These are the facts.
Please do not hesitate to ask any questions and please direct them to me.
