Rebel, Welcome to the HOME thread. Your FFD pick does look interesting. . .Marriott does have it's hands deeply into the timeshare biz these days, so you may be on to something there.

Will try to look further, but not much time for DD. . .perhaps some others can help in making a more complete presentation.
