Rugrats wins Nickelodeon Kid's Choice award for "Favorite Cartoon"!

I would like input on something; stock options. Many voted for them a while back (me included), and I noticed in a post by Todd that $11M or so was paid last year in stock options.

Is that high, can it go higher, will it stabilize, will it go down? How are all the shares being distributed now, and will this pretty much stay the same?

Is $11M a fair amount, I imagine there is bonuses and incenties, rewards for developers, managers, executives, and employees to be paid? Todd commented the charge, if taken as an expense, would have reduced earnigns and moved the PE somewhere near 30. Whoa, that changes earnings quite a bit!

I'm not saying good or bad ... because I don't know, especially relative to other companies in the industry, but also in general. Ideas, comment ... laughs? :o) thanks
Regards JB
