Not particularly humorous, Bob. A quick scan of this person's postings could have illuminated the nature of Chuzz's complaint, a scan I suggest you undertake.
From Terms of Use:
B. You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortious, improper or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another.
I am the last one to invoke the PC, can we take this as a given? I value the First Amendment, even when I am disgusted by what it permits. However, Emile Vidrine insists on forcing his appalling bigotries on threads that ask him to go away in a very civilized--and eventually not so civilized--fashion. At the very least, a reminder that he is walking that ragged edge seems to be in order, that when every active participant on a thread has told him, in one way or another, that the filth he spews is unwelcome, he should absent himself from that thread.
From reading what he posts on unwelcoming threads, such as "feelies"--because I am not judging what he posts where it may be more welcome--it looks to me as though he is in clear violation of the terms of use.
