My point was that it's quite inappropriate to blast me for something at the same time you're telling me about it. I should be blasted only after I've ignored it.

Many people assume that if something exists on the site, we've seen it and approve. That's not the case. We're generally not aware of something until it's brought to our attention.

So, while "I think you should look at this guy's posts and boot him" is reasonable, "I can't believe you're allowing this, even though I didn't tell you about it" isn't.
