Go back and read Alex's comments on 2/20 to Reuters. CUBE insiders couldn't sell after the Divi merger announcement. Merger closed the end of August. There was another 60-90 day wait until insiders could sell. CUBE 401k plan has to keep filing with the SEC because of the need to supply more shares for the match. The employees are putting their retirement money in CUBE. Read Reuters.
