Neocon, I really doubt that Robert has any ulterior motive, at least as you're thinking of one, for his statements on Kosovo. Back in the impeachment days, I got into a bit of a free-for-all with him because he had simply swallowed the official spin hook, line and sinker and was rabidly attacking anyone who differed with him. So I'm not at all surprised to see him doing the same thing now. He's a tool of the power-mongers.
