Cindy, the definition of fraud does not support your claim. You should look at some legal resources to understand the definition before accusing Jeff and the others of it. There are several requirements which must be met in order to prove fraud, and unless you know what they are (and you've already demonstrated that you don't), you should either ask for the facts, or obtain them in some other fashion.

Oh wait, I see—you were just in "I Hate Janice And Her Friends" mode, as is so often seen on so many other threads, so no understanding of the issues involved is actually necessary.
It only gets in the way.
