Sure Cox and CVC own a few shares of ATHM. I have said here that this is a good way to own some ATHM without all that risk. But after 2002, Cox and CVC can sign up another ISP and still keep the shares. Help me with this. Is ATHM just an ISP, and cable companies own the media to that ISP. What is the value add of ATHM? What part of the franchise does ATHM own?
