CD rate: USAB v.s. NTBK. I check both CD rate offerred by USAB and NTBK. It appears to me that USAB offers better rate than NTBK: 6 months (APY) --- 5.41% (USAB); 5.35%(NTBK) 12 months (APY) --- 5.51% (USAB); 5.5%(NTBK). In addition to that, USAB will also off CD AUCTION, this may be very big. Let us wait and see. Check it out Sunday midnight. Please post ant comment you may have here once you can see the working www.cdenergy.com site.
