I think a more immediate question is when will they become reporting. A couple months ago, I set a deadline of June for them to become reporting. This was based on the fact that they indicated that the audit was complete and the paper work was in the hands of the lawyers. That's still my time frame unless they indicate in a PR what the delay is. After that I will re-evaluate the importance of them being reporting and my position. So far, in all their PR's they haven't indicated that they are becoming reporting and what kind of time frame they are expecting. I have seen other companies document this in a PR and they even gave you the option of requesting a copy of the Form 10 (nice touch). I have seen too many non-reporting companies say they are going to be reporting shortly. In a year and a half I haven't seen one of them do it. So I'm skeptical of any company that says that kind of thing. It's not that I doubt MXNT. But I also don't have blind faith that it will happen in a timely manner. Even if they don't become reporting in the very near future (for whatever reason). As a company, they still have a lot of exciting projects in the works. These are projects that they have complete control over. Like the Auction, Webphonebook, 50 Portal States, MaxRussia etc. Look how much work they have completed in the past month. How many new web pages they have created. Each new web page having some kind of advertising on it. There is still lots of potential with this company IMO. I am invested in another internet company that has huge profit potential that is also working on becoming reporting and a company this is already reporting and making a profit, that I feel is very undervalued. Everyone invests for different reasons with different investing criteria. Everyone should do what is comfortable for them. Mike
