From Jason Anders's article: "A joke is one thing, but they've gone beyond the boundaries of what is a joke. It's now April 27, and they're continuing their joke," says Cathy Baron Tamraz, an executive vice president of Business Wire. "They think they're very funny. We don't." She says legal action could have been avoided had the group not continued to mock the service in recent weeks. This rather begs the question: what are they suing us for, then? Fraud, trademark infringement, unfair competition, and so on? Or lèse majesté? Can anyone furnish a concise definition of "abuse of process"?
