Part 2:
From our claim group 30 questions I was to insert at the top...here it is:
<<./.Relevant questions and answers:

1. What is this group?
See auctionbuy.com
I have to end here as is is tooo long for one post ..Part 2 is next down the SI line!

2. How is it structured?
This is a Limited Partnership (LP). An original claiming group called Association of Eight ( about 5,000 acres then)....deleted..... It is that simple. We are not finished with our property acquisition yet...so we ask, are YOU?. We have successfully gone from nothing to 15,000 properly leased acres. Do you want to be with us in another year when we might say on September 1, 1999, "...and we still grew from that first year and a half activity to where we are now!"?

3. What properties do you control?
We control approximately 15,000 acres consisting of more than 100 claims in various areas of western Arizona and southeastern Nevada.

4. Do you own them?
Approx. 90% of our claims (generally called "BLM claims") are leased from the Bureau of Land Management of the US Dept of Interior as a Placer Association of some form and the balance are leased from the State of Arizona.

5. What kind of mining is this?
The Arizona claims are all placer. The Nevada site is currently being evaluated, but it abuts on an historic hardrock claim.
.....deleted...

6. Where are your claims located?
In a 100 mile triangle in the Southwestern US, primarily Arizona. Nevada is a small percentage.LES than ONE PERCENT. So far.

7. Are there other mining operations nearby?
Yes. Some current, some historical.

8. What do you have for( DELETED HEREIN ON RECORD )?
We currently have the following ...:
White Rock Extensions, 0;
PT-109 Limited Partnership at % of total partnership (including Rabbitfoot);
Rabbitfoot Pt-109 Limited Partnership %;

9. How ...

10. What are the upside potentials?
We feel confident that each of the above offers explosive upside; specific details vary and potential buyers should be in contact with Mr. Marshall regarding individual parcel expectations...or / and any possible cerners whicj always must be stated to mitigate the information assumption risk.

11. What kinds of optimal timelines? What are the best-guesses?
Optimal timelines may be as short as weeks for dramatic upside share value. This depends on too many factors to be given precisely, of course. Mine development is a much longer track. Our best guess is that proof of the value of these claims will emerge within the next few months. This is only a projection, and is in no way guaranteed.

12. What are the downside risks?
As with any highly speculative stock, the potential downside is 100%. Because of the variety of sources we are dealing with and the results of Standard Fire Assays done on these properties, we do not believe this is likely, but the possibility of failure of each must be considered. Visible ( Hense - Free Milling) Gold was just discovered in Hard Rock Souces within a couple/few miles of our Nevada Placer Claims by a Geologist this May 1 199 WEEKEND! Mpore to come.

13. What happens if you can't raise the money to renew your claims?
In that event, we would be forced ...... A gravity map of these areas is available on request.

14. How can I get more information from you?
Call...

15. Are you in any joint ventures? Are any contemplated?
We are in two informal joint venture agreements with well-known Arizona mining persons; these are at the handshake stage, but we anticipate more formal arrangements within a few months in one case and within a year in the other. These generally involve the areas we refer to as Long Thumbs Up and the Techtalkers (Weaver Creek) parts of PT-109. Other joint ventures contemplated include the expansion of three areas in Arizona and a new staking in Nevada involving palladium as well as gold.

16. Are you going to open a mine
....I will stop half way...all e mail welcome is what it says on my Personal Profile at S.I. chucalo@aol.com ( chucalo at IM also )
