So you agree that Mr. Kudlow was libeled but it is not actionable. It may be true that this libel is not actionable and that is why he should see a lawyer. Every jurisdiction has slightly different defenses and privileges.

You assume that all attorneys are sane or that "contingency" is the only type of fee agreement. Not true.

Finally you missed my point. My post was not a joke and this is not a betting matter. I believe that bull's post is a serious matter. Whether a case is filed or not does not lessen the seriousness of what occurred and the lesson we should learn.

Enough of this, if you want to debate the law let's take this private or start a new thread. I would be happy to discuss my experience in the field, however, this is not the proper venue for an extended discussion.
