CD Warehouse Inc. has been chosen by The Red Chip Review, a lead-
ing source of independent research on small and microcap stocks, as one of its "Top Picks for 1999."

CD Warehouse stores reported system wide sales for 1998 of $54.845 million, a 50 percent increase over 1997. During the 1997-98 period,
sales grew more than 100 percent, and net income has increased 341
percent. Retail stores post a sales to capitalization ratio of
2.45 to 1.

Jerry W. Grizzle, chairman, president and chief executive officer,
presented the company's business concept and a discussion on its
continued dramatic growth Friday at the annual Red Chip Review/
Silicon Investor Small-Cap Conference.
