I did come up with one negative thing about REMC, but it may be nothing. Since Milosovic has released the prisoners in Yugoslavia, people may be under the impression this conflict may be near the end. This is a profile I found on Remec:

REMEC and its subsidiaries make components for microwave transmission systems and precision instruments used primarily by the defense and wireless telecommunications markets. The company focuses on microwave multifunction modules (MFMs), made up of such components as filters, amplifiers, mixers, and switches. Most customers use MFMs for rural and cellular phone systems, but government agencies and contractors use REMEC's products for such applications as radar jamming, navigation, and missile guidance. Commercial client P-COM accounts for about 14% of sales; other customers include Lucent, Motorola, and the US government. REMEC is merging with telecom equipment maker STM Wireless

So maybe this will cause a dip in price soon, just a thought, but if it does, it is likely a good buying opportunity, because report says most of the customers are cellular phone users.
In any case, i am thinking there will likely be a small dip early into the week. Hope this helps some.
Cheers,
Mike
PS Also, if our government stays true to its character, they will likely keep stocking up on military hardware, even if the conflict is brought to an end. Who trusts the government, anyway? LOL
