David: Obviously with 28 disks, I have a lot of information stored. It includes daily stock transactions that are stored in the context of other market data at the time of the trade--so a lot of very important material--and that is why this is so very discouraging. Moreover, I do not feel that a Jaz drive is the answer to my problems--at least for now, since I don't feel like buying another Iomega product given my chagrin over the quality of service that I have just received.
