The bought deal was greatly oversubscribed. Zinc has hit an 8 month high, BWR hit $2.25 on Friday 30th April. And it is only you and I on this thread.
BTW I just read a Nesbitt Burns update on BWR after the financing . reading between the lines I would say their analyst is warming to the stock but he still prefers Cominco. Using his numbers BWR has 5 times the leverage to Zinc price increases compared to Cominco.

For every 1c per lb increase, every $1000 invested in BWR, BWR @ $1.85, will earn an extra $27, for Cominco, CLT @ $24 Cdn, the number is just $5.
