I agree and felt that the material seemed a bit dated from the outset; but I also thought it a good opportunity to take a bit of a look through the MOT material as it stands today to look for any changes that may have evolved in their presentation.

At this point, I still classify MOT as a "fringe" dot for us with currently only speculative probability of connection to the rest of our matrix, but certainly an important one to watch, to hope for and to keep looking at for progression from possible to probable to proven.

At this point, IMHO that our connection to Sarnoff is at a much higher strategic level in the system concept of the data/video food chain and that Motorola's implementations are directed more toward the tactical implementation of Sarnoff's system design (along with the other chipset suppliers). That's not meant to denigrate MOT's position or its necessary contribution resulting from their research and development efforts to implement the system.
