I am not defending Clinton. In fact I think he is an abomination and I am amazed at Americans tolerating the bumpkin as they have. Under a British Parliamentary system, he would be gone, slinking off to disgrace somewhere. The government would not fall, a new Prime Minister would be selected from other party members.
I am defending the need to protect human rights from this point on. If NATO had not gone on the attack, I think many other countries would have got involved and the conflict would have spread with even direr consequences.
Your post did say that Americans in their millions volunteered to save the world from Hitler. They did this ONLY after Pearl Harbour, They were NOT doing this in 1939,1940 or 1941 when Hitler was over running Europe. Why not, they were making money supplying armaments, food etc.
I said Milosovic is not on the same scale as Hitler, but he is a "Hitler" nonetheless.
