AJ, I think your models come closest to JUSTIFYING a BASE price for NAVR AFTER the pre IPO irrational exhuberance, after the IPO itself.

Their is no doubt that just before the IPO date NAVR will be driven by a combination of daytraders, new longs and short players "day shorting" & covering (remember you can only short on an uptick so heavy shorting can cause a spike up).

I'm looking foward to the MALL & DBCC action when you had 3-4 consecutive days of 4,5 & 7 point gaps.
