It was just a setup, but might as well use it for something. From the complaint, Prayer for Relief: 23 i. enjoining them from using the BUSINESS WIRE Marks, or any 24 confusingly similar marks, in connection with the promotion, display or advertising of any of 25 their products or services, including without limitation any solicitation for investments in any 26 entity or enterprise; Bill? Jeff? Is there something you guys haven't been telling me? Do we have products or offer services? More to the point: does Bizwire actually believe that we do?
