Spiney and Nextnet,

Well I just completed a very long summary of of the meeting and my computer screen froze--I had to rest the computer and lost the whole works. I am a very slow typist and much to frustrating to do that over again.

Here is what I will do---I will provide a very short to the point recap--as how I saw it-and if you wish to P.M. me to discuss you can do so on the P.M system on the S.I. or just send me an e-mail my address wjcyba@cow-net.com

Remember just my own opinions-don't take my word or any one else's word or opinions when it comes to investing-check everything out for yourself--you worked hard for your money --make your own decisions!

#1. I visited the CBM offices-very busy and professional environment
appears to be efficient and prudent use of shareholders money!
JMO!

#2. The meeting location was only a short few minute walk from the
Cambridge office--I walked over with 6 CBM Representatives to the
meeting!

#3. My initial impression of the entire CBM Team was that they are a
diligent and hard working team , take nothing for granted--and
are NOT a Let's do Lunch type of company! --I like that!

#4. I was the only shareholder at the meeting ( other than CBM
employees!)

#5. The two points that were voted on at the meeting ( as I saw it)
were the company name change from Cambridge Minerals Ltd. to
Cambridge Ventures Ltd.--and secondly----a vote that passed
regarding the issuance by the corporation in one or more private
placements of such number of securites that would result in
Cambridge issuing during the next 12 months an amount of
Seurities that exceeds 25% but is equalk to or less than 100% of
Cambridge's issued and outstanding securites as at the close of
business on April 30,1999.

#6. During the informal question period I was not able to secure any additional factual information that has not already been issued to the general public via previous mailings or press releases!

However in general discussion and during some opinion sharing
I sensed that the company is keeping a close eye on the Discover Canada opportunity.

In my opinion I feel that the company is looking at the first three months of the Site's operation as the start up phase--activities such as getting packages confirmed devoloped annd activated on line at the web site ( after a test period?)

Is 49% meaningful from a share revenue perspective? I sensed that CBM is closely monitoring this scenario and thus far feel that they have an interest in a first rate product/site and as ourselves are anxiously waiting to monitor and track and evaluate the progress of Discover Canada!

I am encouraged by the initiative takenby the company at getting advance approval for future private placement is, if and when such activities take place-I feel it would speed up he ability to take advantage of any/all opportunities as they present themselves with out the need for another shareholder's meeting toapprove such placements!-Only a guess but with a minimum investment they were able to secure 49 % interest in Discover Canada for $100,000. plus shares---if CBM is getting exceptional value for minimal investment dollars for acuisitions then my vote is that they continue on that acquisition trail! JMO!

What potential does the Discover Canada Site present in Dollars?

CBM Management is currently looking at the some possibilities that could be dramatically influenced by the number of advertising dollars the site can attrat! I imagine the more viewer hits the Discover Canada Site attracts the more advertising dollars the site will attrac which in my own humble opinion could be just as valuable as a net revenue stream as the revenues from the travel side of the business! JMO!

Overall--I am very excited about the Discover Canada opportunity--and feel we are in the very early stages of seeing what it has to offer!
JMO!

After being a shareholder in CBM for five years it was nice to finally put a face to a name.

I feel comfortable that the current CBM Management team has my best interest's of a shareholder at heart-that of cours is just my humble opinion!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
