Total outstanding: 163 million Insiders own: 61% = 99.5 million Float: 63 million. From the above we can see that the VCs are out of Amzn now, and there are just insiders and the float. The "bond/stock conversion" involves 8.5 million shares. Jan, Where did you get the float numbers? Thank you. Glenn
