When this war is over whose money will be spent to rebuild Kosovo and Serbia? You call that winning? Who is going to pay for the NATO military presence in Kosovo for the next 50 years? Again, you call that winning? What the U.S. should do is run up the white flag, tell Milovsevic that he won, pack up all of our war toys and come home. Let Europe and Tony Blair worry about Kosovo and Serbia. It's their back yard.
