1997's annual earnings were reported April 28th so we can expect some numbers any day now. I recall some insider was buying shares last year as stock dropped from $1.30 to .80, must have picked up about 70,000 shares. Don't have any idea of what insider trades are now. I thought the company was restructuring itself as a takeover play as they indicated they wanted to enhance shareholder value, I've only seen the stock drop steadily.
