How's this for a try at explaining it?

ok....here's my understanding of what is going on....and if I'm right in my understanding, then this has to be one of the most brilliant moves I have ever seen orchestrated. Ok...here goes my interpretation.....Medinah is spinning off a good portion of it's Chile assets into a company they are naming Medinah Gold. It is a private company. The present common stock holders of Medinah Energy will receive one share of Medinah Gold for every 10 shares of Medinah Energy they own.....in other words, a dividend.

BUT....In order to receive that dividend, they first must register their shares of Medinah Energy. Jane....that is POSITIVELY BRILLIANT!!! That FORCES the shorts to cover and since the new company, Medinah Gold is private....the shorts are not able to come into it! Am I right on my take so far? People would have to be CRAZY to sell any of their Medinah shares until that brilliant move is played out.

And I don't even own any of Medinah....but I am still stoked! Why?
Because NPEC is due to get approximately TWO MILLION shares of Medinah Gold since NPEC is a preferred shareholder of Medinah Energy.
AND...to make matters even better....for all those little Moms and Pops out there who don't take the time to register their Medinah Shares, then that means that NP ENERGY stands to receive even a BIGGER percentage of Medinah Gold. AND THAT, my friend, puts NP ENERGY right back into the bigtime in Chile again.

How's that for an explanation?
