Do you think Internet ads are effective? Just a snippet, and not central to your points, but the ads are certainly not cheap at a place like Yahoo, so there must be some who think they are effective. BTW, apparently ATHM has been having some substantial problems with their email server(s). I spent a fair amount of time on hold and also talking with ATHM tech support trying to clear up my intermittently-working connection ever since sign-up on 4/7. Turns out someone else had the same IP address as I did (!). One tech last Friday told me that an email server crash in Texas had ramped up call volume to their tech support. I called about 7 times, and held for an average of 35 minutes each time. Ouch. Randy
