Very little marketing to these audiences talks about quality components, service, and THE TOTAL COST OF OWNERSHIP. IMHO, soon enough consumers will become more sophisticated and DELL will offer the type of products that they will desire -- PCs built like a Lexus (better by design). Many buyers are already willing to pay a little extra for the BEST quality, upgrade path, and service on the market. DELL wins hands down in virtually EVERY category -- from $999 PCs to high end laptops. Best Regards, Scott
