Dave here you go - Supreme Court of British Columbia :)

courts.gov.bc.ca
courts.gov.bc.ca
courts.gov.bc.ca

The online database just goes back to 1996 :(

You want this document:

No. C911769
Vancouver Registry
Dated at Vancouver, B.C., April 20, 1993
[ Notice of discontinuance against one defendant ]

and this appears to be an addendum frontispiece to the main 33 page judgement.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF BRITISH COLUMBIA
BETWEEN
BOBBY HUFF and ANN DONNELLY
PLAINTIFF(S)
AND
YORKTON SECURITIES (and others)
DEFENDANTS

Signed (on page 32) by John N. Laxton QC
Laxton & Company,
Barristers & Solicitors,
Solicitors for the Plaintiffs
10th Floor
1285 West Pender Street
Vancouver,
B.C. V6E 4B1
(682-3871)
(Signed in 1991)

I'll make it very easy for everyone - grab a copy of this court document - start on Page 9, Section 37, then the fun starts Section 38. Section 39 is long - several parts - someone deserves a medal for that; end of Section 47 - very nice; Section 52 - good work here; Section 53 - naughty, naughty; Section 55 - congratulations nice work here. In all a beautiful read, but that $3 million fine in Section 38 - ouch!!

Enjoy,

David :)
