Tony, I think COMS chance to succeed has passed. I have owned the company off and on over the last 7 or 8 years and they have missed numerous opportunities to take the lead. Since Eric B. attempted to control the "edge" the company has languished under largely failed acquisitions. Pieces of those have succeeded but on a whole most of them have failed. I took a big loss this spring selling my 3Com position and I did it after a lot of DD. A buy out is possible but the company would have to be split up and sold if any of the possible suitors were to acquire them and integrate them successfully. Time will tell on what the breakup value is. There are still good pieces left in that company. Eric
