Hello Robert,

Just catching up on my news I notice the financing of emg. This is what I have been talking about. The private placement will add another 10,000,000 shares. This money is being used to pay off old debt. The company is in a very week position and sell written all over it.

Another point, this placement was to three drilling companies and to one lab. Do you think that any drilling company will drill for them again. They are finished.
