NATO spokesmen are tripping on their own lies. My understanding is that the HARM missile has a range of about 25 km. or 18 miles.
Then, the F-16 was too deep inside Bulgarian airspace to be able to hit anything in Serbia (over 50 miles from the border). What gives?
