The low P/S stradegy seems to make alot of sense to me, after all high
margins bring in a lot of competition and drive margins down, you need
to dramatically increase sales to keep profits up and with increased
competition thats difficult to do.
the other side of the coin with low margins and high sales, can reduce competition, as well small improvements can dramatically increase profits...
When I look at a company like Microsoft, the high P/S R scares me, as far as I can see they can only go down, after all 100%
of the market is the best they can do, margins may come under pressure
with Corel and others snipping at their heels.
