Hi Brian,

I agree but I have concluded this weekend that rising housing is being caused by rising cap gains and stock options, 2 things that aren't showing up in wage inflation. The fed will have to act or the bond market will do it first. The fed has expressed that they are worried about a real estate bubble. The stock market is causing pretty strong real estate inflation. Fed action or bond market action will cause a release of pressure from the bubble.

I am not sure what to do. I see a lot of abnormal stuff around me. We have a full blown frenzy and I am feeling bearish.I am not trying to sound smart, because I can see both sides of the argument. Still 180% invested.I have acquaintances who are retiring(under 45). Maybe I am just thrown off because some of them are a**holes and don't deserve it. The first thing I am going to do is ride out this csco pop into e, and turn some inets into equips. I believe in the inets but hate holding them away from 5 weeks before earnings.

Watch that bond market.
