########Meeting with Paul Henry#######

Bob and I learned a great deal about the future of TSIG. The 2 hour meeting we had covered almost every concern voiced on this thread in the last couple of months. I will start with the Signature deal.

The Signature deal was pushed back a bit, like Bob said untill mid May, due to the expansion of the deal. Operators are being trained presently, Paul did add that Sinature has admitted that they are poor web-site people and that TSIG's Silicon Valley office could fill this additional need.

Tempo.. We touched briefly on this subject, Paul did say that TEMPO will be very important to TSIG, he went on to mention the great clients TEMPO has..leading me to believe we could see something soon from this partnership.

Net Taxi..Bob covered this already.

The discussion about Marty on the BOD left a little to be desired. Paul Henry said that the TSIG attorneys would not allow Marty to post anything ever. This has made me think a little more about it, I would hate to lose Marty as a poster, but would love to have a voice on the BOD, so this matter will need further discussion by us on the board through ICQ or some other device to keep it off the thread.

After the meeting I was left with an over all good feeling about the company we are all invetsed in. The time frame as we all know has not been what we hoped for, but I strongly feel that this company will grow and the share price will increase.

The TSIG offices are really nice and the room is there for most of the plans. I was really excited to see what I perceived as a well organized facility brimming with confidence. I eagerly await what the future has in store for the share holders of TSIG.

I apologize if this is short, I did not want to over lap too much on what Bob posted. If there are any questions please feel free to ask, I want to make sure everyone gets as much out of this visit as I did.

Thanks for your time
