Regardless of what you think this is a dangerous place to put your hard earned savings, political interference and corruption is the rule in China particularly in utilities, if value is ever created you can be certain it will be confiscated,good luck, you are warned.

You think andrew wong has connections??? that's what Citigroup, and Deutzbank thought they had when they and other biggies advanced billions to GETEC a quazi government finance agency, as usual, they signed the boilerplate,took the money, and guess what ,,,you know what,,'forget about it'
