From Stratfor News 0100 GMT, 990503 – NATO aircraft have conducted a systematic attack on Serbia's electrical grid. Initial reports indicate widespread power outages throughout the country. Good show Bill, that will save hundreds of ethnic Albanian lives in Kosovo. Ya really gotta hand it to the guy, he knows how to put pressure on the Serb military. How are the guys in the tanks going to watch TV while they are waiting for NATO to attack if they don't have electricity?
