FWIW,

A fair portion of execs compensation is often in stock options. Do you expect them not to exercise them? Also, I think someone clarified that these guys often file to sell the maximum they might wish to sell and then frequently actually sell quite a bit less. For example, they may file to sell 20,000 and then only sell 5000. Time will tell if they know something we don't.
