MSFT has the upperhand in cash and Stock price with real earnings to support same. But I don't see the incentive for MSFT to get involved other than to see what is going on before bowing out. Also good fuel for propaganda war in anti trust case. (AOL asking for MSFT help). T is second and AOL is a distant third. There stock will get hit pretty hard short term by the arbs in a takeover attempt. Since they don't have the cash T will win because Media One will not want diluted AOL stock unless AOL comes with a collar. JFD
