I just found out that nact went public last Wednesday at 10, immediately dropped to 9 1/4 and closed today 3/4/97 at 8 3/4. Hopes had been that it would go off at 12 and immediately climb 1 to 2 points by analysts following the ipo. Looks like payday is still a ways off for us gst holders.
