Re: NJ Star Ledger story...By the way, there is a Picture of WSTL's DSLAM but unfortunately, you cannot read Westell on it. Story mentions how COVD and Northpoint are putting pressure on BEL. But does mention that BEL has advantage since they struck a marketing alliance with AOL last January, "a deal that allows the Baby Bell to corral customers who already have a demonstrated interest in the Internet". BEL expects to expand coverage by 80% by the end of next year. John Mannino signed up for Infospeed "and got his DSL modem free after signing a year long contract". Overall, very positive ADSL news story and best of all there is a picture of Westell's DSLAM right on the front page!
