Antitrust. I was once an investor in a Bermuda company called LaSalle Re Holdings (NYSE: LSH). The prospectus and SEC docs specifically warned that if you got screwed on the stock, a U.S. judgment would probably not be recognized in Bermuda. So if you were looking to execute on some of LSH's assets, you could forget about any bank accounts or brokerage accounts based in Bermuda. Morgan
