"UMG only gave Comcast 4 days to counter offer. UMG almost gave Comcast no time to come up with a good bid. This is another indication that UMG has decided to go with AT&T." Jing- I agree with all of what you said. The four day thing really threw me for a loop. Could it be that they were pressured by AT&T to wrap things up? Allow a little time for Comcast out of business courtesy? I also agree that an AT&T deal is the most logical and well-rounded for MediaOne. Will there be a pop in ATHM tomorrow? Ed
