Jim, do you think it is possible to be BOTH a 'believer' AND a 'non-believer' ? What i am trying to say is, there are A LOT of companies out there of every business (plan) imaginable, and sooner or later, people (investors) start wondering what is going on with their company (they have invested in). We see stories every day of scam stocks, or people with good INTENTIONS that let the dream get away from them, and the stock turns into a 'bad deal', for lack of a better term. Yes, i can hear you already: 'If you don't like it, don't buy it', but that only goes so far. Even saying the same regarding ANY OTC stock - 'buyer beware' - only goes so far. Yes, we all (should) know what we are getting into when we look at ANY company on ANY exchange, but that isn't always the case. (see Phar-Mor, and ZZZZZBest as two prime examples of the excess). I myself ask myself all the time 'what in the hell am i doing here ?' (in FNTN), I have some reservations, but i know the risks involved, and i am a big boy and can live with them. My one question to all here is: If there was NO 'Tie' to Siemens AG, would you be investing in this company ? Would I ? no. Am I ? yes. How long will i wait it out ? I don't know... Am i in a hurry to make a quick buck ? No. Will i get tons of hate mail relating to this posting ? probably.... But just from those that don't understand where i am coming from. |
