It's absolutely befuddling to me why a company with so many rich patents continues to languish when bringing them to market. What ever happened to Ampex's patent on MR, did they just let it die or sell out real cheap? They need to publicize, promote and articulate their advantages.

I believe that this company suffers from a fundamental lack of management skills in Marketing and Manufacturing. Who is Bramsom to run this company...HE LIVES BACK EAST! What's his background besides investor? Is McKibben qualified? Who is running the show...a Chairman who resides 3,000 miles from headquarters with no technology or marketing background or a CEO without vision?

I'm just a little pissed off about the lack of communication, marketing savvy and what appears to be a desperate agreement with Maxtor.

By the way, Bramsom's investment allows him to return the shares if he can't pay the loan. Who makes up the Board of Director's anyway? What are their qualifications?
