More news regarding the privitization, Phoenix, C$6.45 a share! Today Dow Jones News says "In a news release, Dynacare said the price to be paid to the minority shareholders under the transaction will be C$6.45 in cash for each subordinate voting and each multiple voting share." It goes on to say that RBC Dominion Securities has estimated the fair market value of these shares from C$6.40 to $C 8.80. So we may some more upside. Shares jumped C$1.55 today.
