That's what I thought too, but I think she took my comments with little concern. I had dealt with QP in the past and was pleased with their attitude but found it to be quite different this time around. I guess they are growing fat and happy - too much so to bother with a single disgruntled customer. - as a previous poster mentioned "good luck finding another service." That sort of attitude is what makes good companies turn to sxxt! I was hoping this was a simple matter, certainly not one concerning much money, but I don't care for their response. I will gladly sign up for another year if I think I will get what they agree to provide - which includes credit for the time I didn't use the service.
