the local objective observers were sure everybody in Congress was being blackmailed by those FBI files too. This is the first I had heard this one, Daniel. Nor do I think that most of those whom I have spoken with on this thread would have seriously made such an assertion, since it has at least one obvious problem---- the number of members ready to impeach. Anyway, I am charging no one with anything, I am only saying that enough came out about dubious campaign contributions from Asian sources who may have been fronting for Chinese interests that it warrants a closer look. Most of what I read about this and the leaks have been in the Washington Post and on the New York Times web site. It is from these sources that I have gotten the story that the Administration downplayed evidence about security leaks several years ago, and that the worst security breach probably occurred after that. I only observed that they seemed to find the story worth investigating, though...
