Walter,
My definition of a "Rolling Stock" is a stock that in a period of
time, whether it be one week, one month, or one year, it continually
hits a certain low price and a certain high price.
e.g. If stock XYZ has periodically gone down to or below 1.00 and
continually returns to 1.5 or higher soon after.
Have you read Wade Cook's book? He has a good definition of a
"Rolling Stock." In fact, I believe he is the one who came up with
the term.
